apWetsuit: Edge Nordic Pro Semi Dry 7/5mm Suit

The Atlan Nordik Pro Jumpsuit is one of the most popular cold water suits around. Its creation was motivated by the desire to make the North American waters accessible and comfortable to dive in whatever the water temperature. It was designed to withstand the harsh conditions of North Pacific diving while providing a maximum of flexibility to the diver. The superior flexibility of the Nordik Pro jumpsuit was achieved by using two different type of neoprene at different strategic points on the wetsuit. Neoprene with a thickness of 5mm was used in conjunction with a much thicker and denser 7 mm neoprene to achieve an optimal compromise between ease of movement and heat retention. The attached hood and double neck seal system reduce water flow around the head, where heat loss can be greatest.
